Contest Rules “EXO MIX ZAMBIA CHALLENGE – #ExoMixZambiaChallenge”
Organizing company
This contest is organized by the company Foodibev International SL, with Tax ID ESB99351207, domiciled in c/ Teniente Coronel Valenzuela, 5, 1, 50004, Zaragoza, Spain. The company Foodibev International SL (Advertiser), owner of EXO MIX brand, plans to organize a competition that will be developed in accordance with these regulations.
Object
The Advertiser organizes a contest for users of the social networks Facebook and Instagram in Zambia only. Only users with an active profile on these networks, living in Zambia and of legal age will be able to participate in the contest.
Duration
The competition will start on September 15th, 2025 and will end on October 5th, 2025.
Participation conditions and restrictions
Any natural person and adult with full capacity to act and contract, having an active profile on Facebook or Instagram, and living in Zambia, will be able to participate in the contest.
Excluded from this promotion are all employees of Foodibev and companies that collaborate with Foodibev International SL.
Mechanics of action
To be part of the contest, take a picture of yourself with an Exo Mix can.The only way to take part in the challenge is as follows:By posting a photo or video of yourself with an Exo Mix can on Facebook or Instagram.Following the Facebook or Instagram account of Exo Mix Zambia @exomixzambia and of Ba Matero (Instagram @BaMatero24 – Facebook @BaMatero).Tagging @Exomixzambia on your post and adding the following hashtag #ExoMixZambiaChallenge. Your profile must be public.Any other participation will not be taken into account.The winner will be the person whose post receives the most likes.
Prizes
The winner will receive 8.000 ZMW.If the winning picture/video follows the conditions of the competition, we will contact him/her directly. If the conditions of the competition are not respected, the prize will be given to another participant.
The winner will be announced on October 6th and contacted between October 6th and October 17th.
Communication to the winners
Once confirmed that the winner fulfills the conditions of the promotion, he/she will receive a private message indicating the conditions for the delivery of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. They will only be contacted from the official Exo Mix Facebook or Instagram accounts (@exomixzambia). We are not responsible for any impersonation from other accounts.
Exemption from liability in case of network malfunction
The organizing company is not responsible for the malfunctions in the different online platforms which could affect to the normal development of the competition for reasons beyond its control and cases of force majeure.
Terms and conditions
Mere participation in this competition implies the consent of the rules of this competition and acceptance of the criteria of Foodibev, as well as the approval of the resolution of any issue arising from this contest.
All contest participants authorize, through their participation, the free use of images and videos sent to Exo Mix through the different platform, with no time or geographical restrictions. Winners authorize the publication of their photo or video on EXO MIX social networks to announce that they have won the prize.
Foodibev reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, exclude participants whose behavior or abuse interferes with the normal running of the promotion or to modify these rules, if it is justifiably, because of the existence of circumstances that could influence the objectivity and transparency of the promotion.
